Die Talstation des Stubaier Gletschers erreichen Sie in nur 12 Fahrminuten, das Zentrum von Neustift in 7 Autominuten, die Bushaltestelle in 3 Gehminuten, und den Übungslift in Krössbach, die Langlaufloipe und Restaurants in nur 10 Gehminuten.

Our 75 m² holiday apartment for 1–5 people has a separate entrance, Meadow and terrace exclusively for your use, as well as breathtaking views of the Stubai Glacier!
The Stubai Glacier valley station is just a 12-minute drive away, the center of Neustift is a 7-minute drive,
the bus stop is a 3-minute walk, and the practice lift in Krössbach, the cross-country ski trails, and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk.

and departure is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Pets
are welcome only upon request, starting at € 15.- per night!
Local tax
€ 4.80 per night/person (from birth year 2009 onwards)
